Motor control module
The module is in charge of managing all the information from the sensors and actuators of an engine, whether diesel or gasoline. It is an electronic element and the more correct repair is the substitution for a new one or a second-hand one in good conditions.
The breakdown of this element may arise, among other things, due to a general fault in the vehicle voltage, water inside, damaged internal elements, or a general fault in some independent system. If this happens, the module must be replaced as its malfunction causes the motor to work incorrectly or to stop working altogether. The estimated repair price fluctuates between 650 and €2,500.
